The Italian manufacturer adopt the batch system for their plants, as they are very easy to operate and very flexible in terms of type of emulsion to be produced.

Depending upon the client needs, Massenza can manufacture plants for production of bitumen emulsions either manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic; stationary or fully mobile; mounted on skid or containerised. Based on end user requirements, the plants have a production output from 1 t/h only up to 30 t/h.
